Payment rules

When placing an order in our online store, payment:

  • internet bank;

  • Bank Transfer;

After placing the order, our employee will contact you, who will clarify everything about the ordered product, the delivery method and place. As well as inform you about the delivery costs.

An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer with all the necessary details for making the payment.

When paying by bank transfer, please indicate the purpose of payment: order and invoice numbers.

Product prices are indicated in Euros (EUR), including value added tax (VAT).

In the price of the productare not includedshipping costs.

After payment of the invoice, within 1-3 days, your order is assembled and   the product is delivered. Together with the order, you will receive a delivery note.

Order delivery by courier:

Delivery of goods is possible in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia with the help of couriers.

  • Delivery costs by courier from 6,05-12,10Eur and up. Delivery charges are calculated taking into account the product's weight, dimensions and delivery location-address, regardless of the order amount.

  • Deliveries in Riga and outside of Riga take place within 2 to 3 working days from the moment of payment of the invoice.

  • Deliveries in Lithuania and Estonia take place within 2 to 5 working days, from the moment of payment of the invoice.

The courier will deliver the product to the address you indicated by contacting you beforehand.

It is important to accurately indicate the telephone number of the recipient of the parcel and the exact delivery address of the parcel with postal code.

Receiving the order in the Omniva  parcel mashine:

  • Delivery of goods is possible in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia with the help of Omniva  parcel mashine.

  • Deliveries in Riga and outside Riga take place within 2 to 3 working days, from the moment of payment of the invoice.

  • Deliveries in Lithuania and Estonia take place within 2 to 5 working days, from the moment of payment of the invoice.

Product delivery costs in Omniva parcel:

  • From 0.100kg to 2.00kg - S-sized item that can be placed in S-sized locker - 3.57Eur;

  • From 2.100kg to 4.00kg - M-sized product that can be placed in an M-sized locker - 4.78Eur;

  • From 4.100kg to 30.00kg - L-sized item that can be placed in an L-sized locker - 5.99Eur.

After completing the order, our employee will contact you, who will clarify everything about the ordered product, the place of delivery. As well as inform you about the delivery costs.

It is important to indicate the exact telephone number, e-mail address of the recipient of the order and the desired place of delivery - the location of the omniva parcel (shopping center, gas station,...).

The order will be delivered to the Omnivas parcel box specified by you.

When the product is delivered, you will receive an SMS and e-mail with a door opening code, which you enter to receive your order.
